The picturesque Dufur School District is located in north central Oregon. Just minutes from the city of The Dalles, the town of Dufur sits nestled among the rolling wheat fields and surrounding farming community. Located within a few hours of the desert, the mountains, the Columbia River, and the Oregon coast residents are provided with endless opportunities for outdoor activities and exploration.
Although the town of Dufur is considered small the rural school district is vast, stretching from the Columbia River to the north and Tygh Ridge to the south. We are bordered on the east by the Deschutes River and the Mt Hood National Forrest to the west.
